Winter Chill
They say Los Angeles doesn’t get seasons, so why is it that my skin is still trying to combat the winter chill. I may possibly be the driest person on the planet. The minute I lay any type of moisturizer it sops it up in seconds like a sponge. Harvest Moon
Nothing speaks more to me than a beautiful full moon, okay maybe the sun….I think I’m most definitely a sun child. You know how some people feel more connected to the moon, well I tend to feel most alive in the sun. I can never dream about moving away to a place that doesn’t get sunshine 355 days out of the year. I feel so energized and that’s why I don’t even mind that here in Los Angeles we haven’t experienced a proper fall, in how long? Global warming is that you? Nonetheless, I still like to get into the fall spirit and incorporate warm tones inspired by the changing leaves that other places in the country get. (more…)
