Its that time of the year again, Sephora’s Spring VIB sale. VIB + Rouge members get 15% off (welcome to beauty junkies anonymous) and Beauty Insiders get 10% off. Its a great time to purchase anything on your wish list because of that lil disco (i.e. discount). Generally our favorite beauty goods aren’t on sale so even at just 10-15% off I’ll take it.
I like to focus on itemsI’ve been eyeing that are on the expensive side because any additional discount helps me justify the purchase. I also like to see what’s new and also circle around back to my tried and true for restocks.
I don’t know what it is about sales but they give me this sense of urgency. To top if off the sale is short lived (if you slept on the Rouge dates like me) April 20-April 23 so we need to move fast.

Kate Sommerville Exfolikate

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner
Can’t live without this. Best toner because its so nourishing vs stripping (like an astringent toner). My face definitely feels the difference. Overall smoother texture and still helps with any impurities my cleanser didn’t get. I haven’t tried anything else that comes close to this.
Drunk Elephant T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum
Drunk Elephant formulates good skincare hands down. There hasn’t been a product I’ve tried where I’ve raised the question “is this doing anything?” But out of all their products this serum is a standout. When I wake up my face is literally glowing and in that glass-like state. I usually use exfoliating masks where I have to wash them off but I love that I can just go to sleep with this potent serum and wake up radiant.
Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask
Beyond nourishing. Literally feels like clouds on you face. Try it for yourself. I love to use this in the AM to wake up and nourish my face especially if it feels inflamed or dehydrated. It leaves the best tingly/ refreshing sensation on your skin.
Sunday Riley U.F.O My go to when I’m breaking out. I love that its an oil because it doesn’t harshly dry out my face like most acne products do, but don’t worry it’s a very fast absorbing oil. It contains salicylic acid so it helps to clear congested skin. I also weirdly LOVE the medicinal tea-tree scent.
COOLA Full Spectrum 360 Sun Silk Drops SPF 30 I look forward to putting on this sunscreen everyday because of its milky consistency. If you’ve ever tried Josie Maran Milk its very similar in texture but it protects you from the UVA/UVB AND digital light/environmental stressors. Caudalie Makeup Artist Secrets
This duo has two of my favorite Caudalie products. I carry the Beauty Elixir with me everywhere. It helps to refresh and brighten as well as purify because of the astringent aspect of It. Its my favorite mist throughout the day because the scent is so uplifting. The Caudalie French Kiss is one of my favorite lip balms and also goes everywhere with me. Its made with yummy ingredients that are good for the skin like Aloe and Castor seed oil, and of course it wouldn’t be a Caudalie product without grape seed polyphenols. It leaves the most gorgeous bitten lip flush.
REN Clean Skincare Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewel Mask
This mask has a combination of Glycolic acid AND Lactic acid which make for a winning and radiant combo. This super effective mask leaves your skin G-L-O-W-Y!! I first discovered it in my Ipsy bag and now it sits full size forever on my Top Shelf.
Tan-Luxe The Face Illuminating Self-Tan Drops. I’ve never been into self tanning and especially not on my face. I was always scared of looking Oompa-Loompa-like for two days too many. That’s until this came into my life. Tan Luxe drops will never leave you asking “Do I look tanner?” You will KNOW but it’s in such a way where you are literally kissed by the sun (I.e sun kissed). More like the start of a tropical vacation vs the end when your burnt to a crisp wishing you used a stronger SPF (always use spf guys!). Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask I totally get the hype on this. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and its a dry-skin girl’s dream. My favorite way to use it is in the am before I do my makeup because it leaves my skin velvet soft which allows my makeup to just glide on.
Tatcha Best Sellers
I was going to choose several of these items separately to include in here, but then I came across this gift set. (I love a set!) Seriously EVERYTHING Tatcha does is luxe and effective. They really think everything through and is telling in the way that the product performs down to the packaging. I’ve been loving the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder and the One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil to cleanse my face. It’s super gentle, brightening, and gets the job done. My skin is left with a super soft and clean surface. The dewy mist is included in this set as well which is an obvious must. The Water Cream is a nice lightweight moisturizer especially if you have combo-oily skin but with summer around the corner I (dry skin) can easily see this becoming my AM moisturizer.
Fresh Creme Ancient Eye Cream
I’ll admit this is expensive but the good thing is a little bit goes a long way. If you are in your late 20s+ I would say this is a great investment. Trust me your under eyes will thank you. I have chronic dry under eyes and its usually the first place I notice fine lines BUT this aids in plumping that skin and has reduced them! The butter-like consistency penetrates and hydrates like no other!
